Chocolate Dipped Banana Cigars

Here is a recipe to make Chocolate Dipped Banana Cigars for 15 friends. You need:
1 jar Pistachio Cream 
3 large bananas (not too ripe) 
1 lemon, juiced 
250gr cooking chocolate 
150gr finely chopped roasted almonds. 
 
Cut the bananas into 5 equal sections and remove the peel. 
Dip the banana pieces in the lemon juice to save them from discoloration. 
Fill another bowl with the ground almonds. 
Melt the chocolate in a small pan on a low heat. 
Empty the inside of the cut bananas using a small scoop and pat them dry them with kitchen paper. 
Dip half of the banana pieces in the melted chocolate to coat and roll  in the finely chopped almonds. 
Place the prepared banana bites on a platter in a neat row and put in the refrigerator to set. 
Spoon the pistachio cream into a piping bag and squeeze into the cut bananas. 
Sprinkle with almonds and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
