Organic olive farming
Organic olive farming methods are based on the rejuvenation of the olive tree grove soil, the recycling of the by-products and other available organic materials, and on the environmental protection and rebirth.
It is the process that best aims to yield high quality olive oil, free of agrochemical residues. Its goal is to ensure healthy people and less soil, water and air contamination. It contributes to the preservation of valuable plants, animals and genetic material biodiversity.
